Our Team
-
Pieter van der Poel - MBA
Founder & CEO
PRMSE is my third start-up and my second SaaS AI Company.
We are building PRMSE to address the workload of the radiologist. Our starting point is the voice of the market. This states that radiologists around the world are overburdened and report burn-out.
We are on the mission to build AI SaaS tools aimed at taking workload of their shoulders.
It is extremely exciting to work with a growing team of experts, and to have clinical advisors both in the US and Europe guiding us on our path.

I’m a scientist with extensive R&D experience in AI-driven MedTech and Diagnostics, focused on advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes. I’ve led global clinical programs, navigated complex regulations, and successfully brought innovative medical technologies to market.
I focus on validating PRMSE:’s disruptive AI tools for early lung cancer detection - a mission inspired by losing my grandfather to late-stage cancer.

A tool that identifies and segregates cases most likely to be normal could add great value. Allowing a streamlined review and a reader's preferred time of workday.
Until today such a tool does not exist.
